Orders will be processed on a bi-weekly basis, on the 1st and 16th of every month.
Orders with a mixture of apparel and promotional products will ship together once the apparel item is decorated.
If an item becomes unavailable, you'll be notified as to available options and/or your credit card will be refunded.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks from the date apparel orders are processed to receive your goods.
